Mr. Robot is currently airing its third season on USA, but the end already planned. The man in charge of the popular series has ideas for the series, and he knows about when the series will end. That end is not coming soon though. Fans can expect “four or five seasons” out of Mr. Robot.
Sam Esmail said the following about the series at an event earlier this week, according to Variety:
“Initially this was supposed to be a feature-length film and so I know where we’re going and the ending, so probably about four or five seasons. I like to know where we’re going and where we’re heading. I think it’s tougher if it’s open ended, my brain doesn’t work like that but hats off to those who do.”
Do you want more than five seasons of Mr. Robot? Tell us what you think.
it ends by being canceled for low ratings due to bad acttig, writing directing stories
The man in charge, Esmail, needs to be replaced immediately to try and save this show.
In the era of Snowden, NSA, cybersecurity, globalism etc he has managed to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Is there anyone that could have done a worse job with a with a subject matter that was tailored made for success. Either cancel the show or get a new director and producer.
It’s actually airing the second season now, not the third.
I would prefer doing things this way as opposed to a film that Hollywood would have to make sure China is not offended by.
