Remember Nash Bridges? TVLine reports USA Network is developing a revival of the Don Johnson TV show.
The original series starred Johnson as Nash Bridges, an inspector with the San Francisco Police Department’s Special Investigations Unit. The cast also included Cheech Marin, James Gammon, Jodi Lyn O’Keefe, Jeff Perry, Jaime P. Gomez, and Annette O’Toole. The show ran for six seasons on CBS before ending in 2001.
According to TVLine, USA Network is working on a revival of Nash Bridges with original star Don Johnson. Right now, the revival is expected to be a two-hour special but it may develop into a full series.

I can’t wait until Nash makes his first threat against a criminal and says “Bubba” at the end! This show never got a wrap up episode. I hope Carlton Cuse comes back to navigate things again.
Given the success that CBS has had with these reboots from their old shows, it would probably be a better idea to develop it with them. It aired on CBS back in the day. Didn’t watch it much as a kid but liked Don Johnson and Cheech Marin as a team.

Oh yeah….Miami Vice one of the best shows EVER! Does anybody remember the short lived series from a couple of years ago with Don Johnson that I think took place in Montana or Wyoming? It didn’t last long, but it was excellent.
