There’s a crisis behind the camera on 13 Reasons Why. Deadline reports production has temporarily shut down on the Netflix TV show due to the massive wildfires in Northern California.
The teen drama, which films in the Vallejo area, follows a group of high school students in the aftermath of their classmate Hannah Baker’s (Katherine Langford) suicide. The cast also includes Dylan Minnette, Kate Walsh, Brian D’Arcy James, Derek Luke, Brandon Flynn, Justin Prentice, Alisha Boe, Christian Navarro, Miles Heizer, Ajiona Alexus, and Tommy Dorfman.
Production on season two of 13 Reasons Why is expected to resume later this week, but few of the fires in Northern California have yet to be be contained. Season two is slated to debut on Netflix in 2018.
