How goes the battle for the Knights Templar, during the second season of the Knightfall TV show on History? As we all know, the Nielsen ratings typically play a big role in determining whether a TV show like Knightfall is cancelled or renewed for season three. Unfortunately, most of us do not live in Nielsen households. Because many viewers feel frustration when their viewing habits and opinions aren’t considered, we’d like to offer you the chance to rate all of the Knightfall season two episodes here. *Status update below.
A History Middle Ages drama, Knightfall tells the story of the Knights Templar. Mark Hamill joins the History drama for season two, with Tom Cullen, Pádraic Delaney, Ed Stoppard, Simon Merrells, Julian Ovenden, and Jim Carter returning. Also new in the second season are Genevieve Gaunt, Tom Forbes, and Clementine Nicholson. The series explores the secret world of these warrior monks. With the downfall of the Templar Order looming, season two focuses on themes including power, redemption, revenge, betrayal, family, and an epic war between church and state.

Love this show ! Ratings for the second season might have been better if it was advertised and season one was re-run prior to releasing the new episodes. And it took too long to return.
Unfortunately I missed season one, but I love season two. The reason it got bad Numbers on the audience was it’s on against the other prime time stars. It’s a great series, very educational, yes there are some literary license to it, for drama sake, we understand there’s not a lot of information on the Templars. But I really do hope the history channel keeps it around and possibly delves into what happened after 1307. We know the Templars headed off to Scotland at least some of them. Love this Show! Knight fall is a very close rendition of what we know of the Templar’s lives in the 1200-11400’s. I would love to see this series be renewed for a few more seasons. We need more Historical series . People forget where we were and how far we have come. It is nice to be reminded of that. Out makes us appreciate the modern life we live in and the luxuries we have at our beckon call.
LOVE Knightfall, there are so few shows on tv that are worth watching. This one is amazingly well written with a deep storyline and great action scenes. PLEASE, let the powers that be know that we don’t want it canceled!!!
The show MUST be renewed ! So well acted. I’ve never hated a character like I hate this king ! It’s refreshing to watch a show that brings us into a medieval world, without cops or car chases !

Please bring this Knightfall back…It should be renewed.All the actors are execellent 100%.
Knightfall should be renewed as it is the only show on tv that deals with this part of history. Since Six was cancelled it is one of the last scripted shows on the History Channel and if Knightfall gets cancelled that only leaves boring “adventure” or picking shows to watch. Please give Knightfall another chance and renew it for another season.

Amazing show with excellent actors, plot, and realistic fighting scenes. It’s like being transported into another time each week as I cheer on the Templars. I love the historical accounts the show is based on and hope there will be a Season 3 with Landry at the head! Great show!
