Contrary to earlier reports, Amazon can’t save all the cancelled sci-fi/fantasy TV series, so Netflix has ordered the fourth season of Lucifer. The TV show was cancelled by FOX, last month, but now old lucky Lu is back, presumably in black. Check out the Netflix announcement, below.
A comedy-drama which ran FOX for its first three seasons, Lucifer stars Tom Ellis, Lauren German, DB Woodside, Lesley-Ann Brandt, Kevin Alejandro, Rachael Harris, Aimee Garcia, Tricia Helfer, Scarlett Estevez, and Tom Welling. The supernatural procedural centers on Lucifer Morningstar (Ellis) who abandoned his throne, retired to Los Angeles, opened up a nightclub, and started helping LAPD Detective Chloe Decker (German) crack cases.

Netflix is the best! Love Lucifer and was totally crushed when FOX announced that they wouldn’t continue. This shows once again that Netflix knows exactly what the viewers like. One reason more to switch from regular TV channels (which costs a load) to Netflix! Thanks again Netflix for keeping this awesome show alive!
I am so happy that Netflix has once again saved a great show. They came and rescued Longmire and now they have come to rescue Lucifer!!! I am so very thankful that I have been a loyal customer of Netflix these many years and will continue to do so. The tv stations and kiss my behind with their race for reality b.s. I have enough of that in my life. I look forward to seeing Luci back on soon!!!
I am thrilled to see that netflix has picked up Lucifer. I was very disappointed when I read that fox had cancelled it. I will most definitely follow it to netflix. Can’t wait to start watching again.
Very happy Netflix saved it. Will not watch FOX again. It was the only reason we watched FOX in the first place.
yes I will follow it to NETFLIX. Fox was really stupid in cancelling it! I hate having to shovel out more money when my cable bill is already $300 a month……BUT I love LUCIFER……SO THANK YOU NETFLIX!!!!!!! I guess if cable networks keep cancelling good shows….if Netflix would pick them all up…..I would cancel my Cable and be a total Netflix fan! Thanks for listening!
