It looks like CBS isn’t rushing to finish the first and only season of Rush Hour. For the next two weeks, at least, the cancelled series is being replaced by Code Black on Thursday nights.
Last week, we reported CBS had cancelled Rush Hour after only seven episodes. The series stars Justin Hires and Jon Foo as two mismatched police officers.
On their schedule, CBS has replaced both tonight’s scheduled episode of Rush Hour and next week’s with episodes of the medical drama Code Black. TVInsider reports the cop drama will return to air its remaining episodes beginning July 23rd at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
Check out the revised schedule for tonight and next week below:
What do you think? Do you watch Rush Hour? Are you interested in seeing the remaining episodes?
this is a huge show in the uk everyone loves it and talks about it at work cbs your making a big mistake so sad
AHoles!
This is such a disgrace. Not only are they cancelling a perfectly good show, which was never given a fair chance, they can’t even show the remaining episodes when scheduled to. I rushed to get ready last night only to find a rerun on. CBS is declining.
Please don’t cancel RUSH HOUR. It was one of CBS’ fun shows that my sister and I enjoyed each week. Was shocked when I found out my dvr recorded Code Black. So disappointing.
Please don’t cancel RUSH HOUR. It is one of CBS’ fun shows that I and my older sister enjoyed.
How sad!!! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed Rush Hour and looked forward to watching tge series every Thursday!! Such a good show! Pleeese bring it back! DON’T CANCEL IT!!! It was fun and entertaining!!
My son and I are very disappointed that Rush Hour has been cancelled. We looked forward to the show, the storyline, action and humor were amazing! CBS dropped the ball and no longer viewing CBS!!
The show definitely grows on you when you recognize the supporting characters they developed. The unique twist in the show separating it from the movie is the strength of the ensemble cast and the characters being developed. The action sequences in the show were for the most part done really well even though the choreography did lack the great physical comedy that made Jackie Chan such a unique and gifted actor. And Aimee Garcia and Wendie Malack play good strong female roles. John Foo’s character, although a rare… Read more »

I looked forward to watching it every Thursday with my son.
this sucks..
the first series we both both really liked and age appropriate.
Bring back the series. ugh
I really liked this show! What’s the big idea, I was ready to binge season(s) , plural, of this! They’ve made a mistake money wise if they intend to cancel this for good!
The show Rush Hour was a really good show. CBS should stop cancelling their good shows. Like we need another medical drama.
Seriously, because hospitals are such fun places!
I like the show! I had it set on my Tivo. Very disappointed it wasn’t there & when I found out it’s cancelled w no notice & the remaining shows won’t be on till July. ??!!
I really liked Rush Hour. The action was good. The stories were interesting, and the characters were as good as the movies, I thought. Was my Thursday late night go to. Jeers CBS.
WOW This is unbelievable. Next to Blue Bloods, this has become one of my favorite TV shows I really looked forward to watching every week. I’m shocked and highly disappointed. I just can’t believe CBS would do something so stupid. This was a super funny show.
Screw code black it sucks.no one wants to see another hospital show.its tedious and boring.I like rushhour because I loved the movie and think the TV series is awesome.Jon Foo is amazing.I think they should have left it on.I’m actually really angry right now that they took rush hour off and put a crappy hospital show on in its place.I wait all week just so I can watch rush hour. I’m so angry right now.
You are a mind reader. My thoughts exactly!
