TV show description:
From creators Catherine Reitman and Philip Sternberg, who are married in real life, the Workin’ Moms TV show is a Canadian comedy that originated on CBC. The series centers on four Toronto mothers who return to work, after the births of their respective babies.
Kate Foster (Reitman) is a PR executive. The birth of her son, Charlie, interrupted her career temporarily, but now she is back and eager to take on new opportunities. She is married to Nathan (Sternberg), an immigration attorney, who struggles when Kate’s income leaves his in the dust. Kate is determined to have it all, no matter what.
A psychiatrist who is not above writing herself a prescription, Anne Carlson (Kind) can be brutally honest. She’s married to the quirky Lionel (Carlson), and together, they’re parenting two daughters — school-aged Alice and eight-month-old Jayme, when Anne discovers she is pregnant again. The couple is already financially strapped, and things are about to get even tougher.
Something of an eccentric, realtor Frankie Coyne (Rinaldi) can turn off some people, for the same reason others take to her — she lacks a filter. She and her wife, Giselle (Adeliyi), have kind of lost sight of each other, following the birth of their baby, Rhoda.
IT specialist Jenny Matthews (Wanlim) promised husband Ian (Andres) that she’d support his aspirations to be a screenwriter. Returning to work after giving birth, she has something of an existential crisis.
Val Szalinsky (McVie) leads the local Toddler Time these women attend. She is quick to offer parenting advice and does her best to be a friend to those in need of one.
As the ensemble follows this group of friends, it takes a deep dive into the challenges, joys, failures, and successes faced by working mothers.

What do you think? Do you like the Workin’ Moms TV series? Should this CBC and Netflix TV show be ending? Renewed for an eighth season?
This is one of the best shows ever written. Love the foul language and REAL people. Yes, JimBob – we really all want to watch this crap. Its awesome crap. This is life for real Workin’ Moms – though admittedly more drama-filled for entertainment purposes.
Really tired of the language. Don’t need to hear that. Not counting some of the content. Yeah I can just stop watching. Does everyone want to watch this crap?
Workin Moms is my favorite. Crazy fun!!! Love the cast all quirky and familiar ♥️ More please
I love the show Workin’ Moms!!! I can’t wait for Season 5! I also hope it airs on Netflix.
