Another TV show is shuffling off this mortal coil to the great beyond. Freeform has cancelled its Beyond TV show after two seasons. Since there will be no season three, the March 22nd season two finale, “There’s No Home for You Here,” will have to suffice as the unintentional Beyond TV series finale.
A Freeform sci-fi drama, Beyond stars Burkely Duffield, Romy Rosemont, Michael McGrady, Jonathan Whitesell, Dilan Gwyn, Jeff Pierre, and Eden Brolin. The mystery centers on Holden Matthews (Duffield), who woke after a dozen years in a coma to find himself in the midst of a conspiracy — in a changed world.
Beyond: A Look at the Ratings
The second season of Beyond averaged a 0.08 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 244,000 viewers. Compared to season one, that’s down by 48% and 56%, respectively. Overall, it was the least watched of Freeform’s scripted TV shows, and only rose one spot in the demo, so the cancellation makes sense.
Deadline has confirmed the Beyond cancellation by Freeform.

Just when a show really starts to pull you into it they go and cancel it. I was really looking forward to season three…but like all good original series they cancel it. I want more seasons bring it back!!!
I can’t Believe that they still use system ratings! I binged watch the show from season one to season 2 back-to-back. I thought this was a good and creative show that was different from others that made me want to watch it when I want to watch it. TV isn’t like it used to be!! Just watched this back to back on Netflix in UK. It was brilliant must have another season. Looks like CBS May have taken it unless they are all part of the same network. BRING IT BACK!

I enjoyed watching Beyond, how could you end season 2 like that and then cancel the show, should have a season 3,
You guys didn’t even give the show a chance to make its self big, it’s a tv show that starts from dead bottom and tries to build its self up, it didn’t have any super huge tv stars in it so no one really knew about it yet, give it a couple more seasons for people to actually find the show.
Wife and I are absolutely pissed there will be no season 3. We had to wait 7 months due to this only having 10 episodes, I believe that is why people lost interest. You can’t only give 2 to 2 1/2 months of a show and then have such a huge break. Look at the shows that are doing well… 15 to 20 episodes!
I’m not sure how the rating system works for series type shows. I mean I know there are different compensation models for these shows versus for example, reality shows but cmon, living on a fake island is better entertainment that Beyond? I caught on late, binged season one and kept us with season two. I was hooked but now caught and resealed.
Another network breaks trust with viewers who have invested in a promising new show. There should be an agreement to allow producers to create a series finale for a cancelled show instead of leaving the audience hanging with a season finale as the last show. I thought Beyond was hitting its stride. Hard to believe only 244,000 people are watching – don’t think they are counting those of us who record the show to watch at a more convenient time.
I just watched the full 2 seasons of Beyond on Netflix in the UK, I only found out about it by scrolling new features.

I enjoy Beyond a lot. You only seem to care about The 18-49 demographic. Have you ever thought that there are other demographics that really enjoy this program. My other senior citizen friends watch this program too. Has this world come to the fact that if you’re over 49 years old, you don’t count. Apparently this is the fact. We’re the ones at home. 18-49 are the ones that go out at night.

Man I hate when this happens you guys should say something that it going to be canceled for for people won’t get hook on the show. That why I don’t like to watch tv. I rather watch Netflix or kodi…

use all ways go by the us rating there is the rest of the wold out there you and i wont to no what is going to happen we need a season 3 to find out you’s take a way all the good tv show you may as will not put tv shows on tv then the funs do not have to winch good show and the u take them off us thank you for northing
