Bridget Moynahan and Zach GalifianakisThe new Fall season is finally here. There are lots of new shows and even more series that are returning. The networks are hyping them all as the best of the best but, in the next few weeks, they’ll start cutting those that haven’t lived up to expectations. What happens to the performers from shows that have ended? Well, here’s where you’ll be able to find some of them.

Bridget Moynahan, last seen on Six Degrees, is joining the cast of another ABC show, Eli Stone. She’ll be playing the title character’s girlfriend. There’s no word on how long she’ll be sticking around.

Comedian Zach Galifianakis (Tru Calling) has landed a couple of lead roles. He’ll co-star with Bradley Cooper (Alias) and Ed Helms (The Office) in The Hangover, a comedy from Warner Bros. The three play best friends at a Las Vegas bachelor party who lose the groom shortly before the nuptials. In the HBO pilot Bored to Death, Galifianakis will play a struggling comic book artist whose best friend is a writer who pretends to be a private detective. Ted Danson (Help Me Help You) also stars.

Welcome to the Captain

When the career of Hollywood whiz kid Josh Flug (Fran Kranz) hits a wall, his accountant-to-the-stars best friend, Marty (Chris Klein), convinces him to move into his legendary apartment building, the El Capitan (translated "The Captain").
