TV show description:
Carl Kolchak (Darren McGavin) is a reporter for the Independent News Service in Chicago, Illinois.
He primarily investigates murders and other cases that local authorities won’t purse and that seem to involve supernatural or science fiction elements.
Kolchak works alongside a unique bunch of coworkers including editor Anthony Vincenzo (Simon Oakland), rival reporter Ron Updyke (Jack Grinnage), and elderly advice columnist Miss Emily Cowles (Ruth McDevitt).
